Relay contacts could be typically used to actuate remote alarms, increase ventilation, shut off gas supply, or shut down a process. Should it not be feasible to install the sensor at the desired location because of maintenance, or operational consideration, a suction based sampling system can be employed. The Sensors Detectors are of very sturdy construction, with weather proof or ex-proof housings and are designed to serve for several years under normal Operating Conditions.
